Because the Halls are committed to end poverty one step at a time, 100 students in need in the Bronx now have backpacks filled with supplies that will help them succeed in the classroom this year.

“We’re trying to teach service learning and we’re trying to fight the national high school dropout crisis. We can’t do that without materials. Simply put, we can’t reach out to these kids if we can’t give them supplies where they can draw and learn. If we don’t have chalk boards or white boards, we can’t display anything. So what we’re trying to accomplish, we can’t unless we have materials and we’re given those by World Vision.”
