Fees

World Vision's U.S. Programs works to keep the cost of mission trips as low as possible.

To sign up, a nonrefundable deposit of $50 per participant is required. The deposit will be deducted from the total balance. The first payment, less the deposit amount, is due April 1. The second and final payment is due June 1.

Each group is required to provide its own transportation.

The per-participant fee for youth groups, family groups, and adult groups at each mission trip site includes the following (except where indicated):

$410 per person (plus building materials contribution; see below)

 

$430 per person for housing at AB University and Fairmont State University (plus building materials contribution; see below)

   

Family

$430 per person, ages 11 and up (plus building materials contribution; see below)

 

$260 per child, ages 5-10 (plus building materials contribution; see below)

The fees are designed to make the mission trip affordable overall for families, especially large families, while allowing World Vision to cover necessary expenses. As a result, the age 5-10 rate is lower—than the youth/adults rate. We ask all groups to pay a building material fee, which goes directly to the material costs of your repairs.

The minimum particiapnt age is 5 years old.
