Equipping the Community

Camille Bodiford, social services coordinator for a low-income apartment building in New York’s Bronx community, is described as “a mother” by tenants here. Thankful for the training to develop educational curriculum and gifts-in-kind assistance received from World Vision, Camille adds to the family metaphor by describing World Vision as a “grandparent” that “always lets you know they are here for you.” With World Vision’s help, Camille is helping to make dreams come true for the 70 families in the building.
